磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶-丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶信号通路调节钠碘转运体表达的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 生物体是由多种具有特殊结构和功能的细胞组成的复杂的有机体.由于这些细胞多数不与外界环境直接接触,对于一些物理、化学以及生物因素的外界刺激需要细胞间复杂的信号传导系统来传递,细胞表面受体接受外界信号,通过系统级联传递机制,将胞外信号转化为胞内信号,进而引起细胞生理反应或诱导特定基因的表达,引起细胞的应答反应,这种特定的反应系统就是细胞信号通路[1].信号传导通路对于调控机体的新陈代谢,保证生命活动的正常进行具有重要的意义.
