麻风误诊2例

Misdiagnosis of leprosy:two cases report

患者1,男,27岁。头发、眉毛脱落,面部皮肤脱屑4年伴麻木2年,曾被误诊为"面部接触性皮炎、脂溢性皮炎、湿疹、斑秃、甲减"等,组织病理学诊断为瘤型麻风。患者2,男,65岁。全身散在皮疹3年,加重1个月,曾被误诊为"皮炎、体癣、玫瑰糠疹''等,组织病理学诊断为界线类偏结核样型麻风伴Ⅰ型麻风反应。

We present two patients with leprosy.The first patient was male,aged 27 years old,presented with hair and eyebrow falling off and facial skin desquamation for 4 years,with facial numbness for 2 years.He was misdiagnosised as contact dermatitis,seborrheic dermatitis,eczema,alopecia areata and hypothyroidism,before the lepromatous leprosy was diagnosed by histopathology.The second patient was male,aged 65 years old,presented with rashes all over the body for 3 years and deteriorated for 1 month.He was misdiagnosed as dermatitis,tinea corporis and pityriasis rosea before borderline tuberculoid leprosy with type Ⅰ reaction was identified by histopathology.
