摘要
患者,男,79岁。右颞部新生肿物2年。组织病理示:增生的表皮呈叶状或不规则伸入真皮下部,增生细胞由鳞状细胞及类似外毛根鞘的透明细胞组成,细胞有不同程度的异型性。诊断为外毛根鞘癌。
A 79-year-old male patient presented with a neoplasm on his right temporal area for 2 years.Histopathology showed hyperplasia epidermis extended to lower dermis.Proliferating cells were consisted of squamous cells and similar trichilemmal clear cells accompanied with various degrees of atypia can be seen.The diagnosis of trichilemmal carcinoma was made.
