经颅彩色多普勒超声在诊断椎动脉发育不良中的应用价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :探讨经颅彩色多普勒超声(TCCS)在诊断未致狭窄的椎动脉发育不良中的应用价值。方法 :对19例TCCS检查发现颅内段椎动脉收缩期频谱图形异常的患者,再行椎动脉颅外段的超声检查。最后经磁共振颈部血管成像(增强)检查作为金标准进行证实。结果:19例患者颅外段椎动脉频谱图形与颅内段一致,收缩峰时(SPT)延长(>120 ms),收缩期第二峰(S2)圆钝、宽大,峰时大于对侧;管径呈均匀性细小,内径为正常值下限。结论:TCCS与颈部CDFI结合能准确检出椎动脉先天性发育不良,是诊断椎动脉病变的一种经济、实用、较为可靠的好方法。
