磁性附着体静磁场对人牙周膜细胞骨架影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究磁性附着体静磁场对人牙周膜细胞骨架影响。方法采用细胞静磁场加载装置对体外培养的人牙周膜细胞进行静磁场加载,分析细胞微丝长宽比、面积以及细胞骨架蛋白的荧光强度并与对照组进行对比。结果加载静磁场72h后,加载50m T和120m T静磁场的细胞微丝的细胞面积均减小(P<0.05),且加载120m T静磁场的细胞微丝的细胞面积比加载50m T静磁场的细胞微丝的细胞面积小;随加载时间和加载强度增加,细胞微丝骨架变短,细胞长宽比减小(P<0.05);加载50m T、120m T静磁场24、48、72h,细胞核周围成骨细胞骨架蛋白荧光强度均较对照组增强(P<0.05),且受50m T静磁场加载的成骨细胞骨架蛋白的荧光最强。结论一定强度的静磁场能使人牙周膜细胞细胞骨架发生一定程度的改建和重组。 Objective To investigate that the SMF by dental magnetic attachments influenced on the cytoskeletons of human periodontal ligament cells(HPLCs). Methods HPLCs cultured in vitro were exposed to SMF, analyze the aspect ratio, area of F-actin and fluorescence intensity of cytoskeleton protein and compared with the control group. Results Cell area of cell microfilament exposed to 10mT and 120mT SMF for 72h were decreased (P〈0.05), and cell area exposed to 120mT SMF was smaller than that exposed to 50mT SMF; With exposing time and exposing intensity increases, the cell microfilament cytoskeleton was shorter and the cell aspect ratio was decreased in that exposed SMF(P〈0.05). At 24, 48 and 72h after exposing under 50mT and 120mT SMF, the cytoskeleton fluorescence concentrated to the nucleus and the fluorescence intensity up-regulated (P〈0.05), especially strongest in the 50mT SMF. Conclusion A certain intensity SMF can make the person the periodontal ligament cell cytoskeleton in a certain degree of reconstruction and reorganization.
