无创颅内压与中心静脉压联合监测在重型颅脑损伤治疗中的临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 随着交通和工业的发展,重型颅脑损伤的发生率明显提高,其病死率可达30%~50%,伤后最主要的致死原因为颅内压(ICP)增高。目前治疗重型颅脑创伤患者的策略主要是降低颅内压。ICP监测可迅速及准确地反应患者的颅内压力情况,无创ICP监测因其方便、快捷和无创,目前应用渐广,其中研究最多的是闪光视觉诱发电位(FVEP)无创颅内压监测。中心静脉压监测可了解患者循环血量和心脏功能,无创颅内压与中心静脉压联合监测可更加精准指导治疗和评估疗效,本研究对无创颅内压与中心静脉压的临床应用现状及展望作一综述。 Along with the development of traffic and industry,severe craniocerebral injury incidence was significantly increased, the mortality rate of up to 30 ~ 50% after injury,the primary cause of death for increased intracranial pressure(ICP).At present the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma patients method is mainly to reduce the intracranial pressure.ICP monitoring can be rapidly and accurately reflect the situation of patients with intracranial pressure,noninvasive monitoring of ICP because of its convenient,quick and noninvasive,at present is used more and more,one of the most studied is the flash visual evoked potential(FVEP)monitoring intracranial pressure.Central venous pressure monitoring can understand the patients blood circulation and heart function,noninvasive intracranial pressure and central venous pressure monitoring can be combined with more accurate response guided therapy and evaluation,this article on the non-invasive clinical application and prospect of intracranial pressure and central venous pressure were reviewed.
