摘要 目的:建立测定止汗搽剂中苯酚和乙醇含量的气相色谱法。方法采用HP-5毛细管柱(30m×0.53mm,5.0μm),载气为氮气,进样口温度220℃,FID检测器温度250℃;初始柱温90℃,保持6min,以20℃/min的速率升至170℃,保持7min;分流比10∶1;溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺。结果苯酚和乙醇的线性范围分别为0.0497~1.59mg/mL和0.0753~2.41mg/mL,回归方程分别为A=5869C-73.487(r=0.9998)和A=2561.6C-9.5617(r=0.9999)。苯酚和乙醇的平均回收率分别为102.8%(RSD=1.44%)和101.4%(RSD=1.45%)。结论该方法简便、快捷,灵敏度高,准确度好,可用于止汗擦剂中苯酚和乙醇的含量测定。 [Abartact] Objective To establish a GC method for the content determination of phenol and ethanol in antihidrotic liniment. Methods Phenol and ethanol in antihidrotic liniment were separated by HP-5 capillary column(30.0m×0.32mm,5.0μm)with the FID detector.The carried gas was nitrogen.The injector temperature and detector temperature was controlled at 220℃and 250℃,respectively.The column temperature was maintained at 90℃for 6 min,then raised at a rate of 20℃per min to 170℃and maintained 7 min.The splitting-ratio was 10:1.The sample was dissolved in N,N-dimethyl formamide. Results The linear range of phenol and ethanol were 0.0497-1.59mg/mL and 0.0753-2.41mg/mL.Regression equations were A=5869C-73.487(r=0.9998)and A=2561.6C-9.5617(r=0.9999). The average recovery of phenol and ethanol were 102.8%(RSD=1.44%)and 101.4%(RSD=1.45%). Conclusion The eatablished method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and reliable which can be used for determination of phenol and ethanol in antihidrotic liniment.
