甘利欣联合复方丹参滴丸治疗脂肪肝临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined compound salvia pellet treatment of fatty liver

目的：探讨甘利欣联合复方丹参滴丸治疗脂肪肝的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月~2014年1月收治的70例脂肪肝患者进行治疗，实验组使用甘利欣联合复方丹参滴丸的治疗，对照组使用甘利欣治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组恢复正常有12位患者，高于对照组患者的3例，治愈率34.3%远高于对照组的8.6%，总有效率94.3%也高于对照组的85.7%，实验组明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对脂肪肝患者采用甘利欣和复方丹参滴丸两种药物联合进行临床治疗，能够提高患者的治疗率，减轻肝脏脂肪病理程度效果更佳，值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined compound salvia pellet in the treatment of fatty liver. Methods 70 patients with fatty liver, who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014, were selected to divide into experimental group who were treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined compound salvia pellet and control group who were treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate. To observe the clinical effect of the two groups. Results There were 12 patients who had returned to normal with the cure rate of 34.3% and the total effective rate of 94.3% in experimental group, while there were 3 patients who had returned to normal with the cure rate of 8.6%and the total effective rate of 85.7%in control group, the differences both had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined compound salvia pellet in the treatment of fatty liver could improve the cure rate of patients, has better efficacy to reduce the pathological degree of liver lipid, and is worthy of clinical popularization.
