地塞米松联合缩宫素在减少剖宫产产后出血中的疗效分析

Dexamethasone combined with oxytocin reduce cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage

目的：观察地塞米松联合缩宫素在预防剖宫产术后出血方面的临床疗效。方法筛选我院妇产科2013年3月～2014年2月收治入院行剖宫产的产妇138例为研究对象，将其随机分成观察组与对照组，其中观察组于术中给予地塞米松联合缩宫素；对照组仅于术中给予缩宫素。然后观察两组于术后2h和24h内总出血量。结果观察组于术后2h总出血量为（105.0±42.3）mL，术后24h总出血量为（212.0±39.5）mL；对照组于术后2h总出血量为（195.0±61.2）mL，术后24h总出血量为（315.0±62.5）mL，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论地塞米松联合缩宫素在减少剖宫产产后出血中效果显著，值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of dexamethasone combined with oxytocin in the prevention of hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods 138 cases of patients admitted to the maternal cesarean section were selected as the object of study from March, 2013 to February, 2014 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients of the observation group were given dexamethasone combined with oxytocin;patients of the control group were only given oxytocin. Then the total amount of bleeding of two groups after operation were observed within 2h and 24h. Results The total amount of 2h after the operation bleeding in the observation group were （105.0±42.3） mL, the total amount of bleeding 24h after the operation,was （212.0±39.5） mL; Total amount of Postoperative 2h bleeding in the control group was （195.0±61.2） mL, the total amount of bleeding 24h after the operation was （315.0±62.5） mL. Differences between the two groups of data were statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Dexamethasone combined with oxytocin can reduce postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section, which has significant effect, it is worth the clinical promotion.
