摘要 研究了水解胶原蛋白的添加对纸张力学性能的影响,水解胶原蛋白络合无机金属盐制备絮凝剂在造纸废水处理方面的应用,以及乙烯基单体改性水解胶原蛋白得到的施胶剂用于纸张的表面施胶。结果表明:胶原蛋白添加量为2%时,纸张的抗张指数和撕裂指数分别提高了19.72%和14.29%;胶原蛋白与无机金属盐按一定比例络合制备的絮凝剂,对造纸废水的COD_(Cr)的单独去除率最高可达22%,色度的去除率最高可达76%;用乙烯基单体对胶原蛋白进行改性得到乳液,与淀粉复配后对纸张进行表面施胶,纸张的抗张指数和环压指数分别提高了85.41%和110%;改性胶原蛋白与苯丙乳液复配后进行表面施胶,纸张的60s吸水值降至40g/m^2。另外,对胶原蛋白在造纸工业的3种利用方式进行了对比和评价。 The effects of adding hydrolyzed collagen on mechanical properties of paper were studied. The application of floccu- lating agent prepared by hydrolyzed collagen and inorganic metal salt in paper wastewater treatment were also researched. The sur- face sizing agent was prepared by vinyl monomer modified hydrolyzed collagen and applied to the surface sizing of paper. The re- sults show that the tensile index and tear index of paper are increased by 19. 72% and 14. 29% as the addition of collagen is 2% ; The removal rate of CODcr and chroma of paper wastewater is up to 22% and 76% respectively after adding the flocculating agent; The emulsion is prepared using vinyl monomer modified hydrolyzed collagen, then it is applied to the surface sizing of paper after compounding with starch, and the tensile index and ring crush index of paper are increased by 85.41% and 110% respectively; The 60s water uptake of paper decreases to 40g/m^2 when collagen compounds with styrene - acrylic emulsion. In addition, the three types of applications of collagen in paper industry were evaluated.
