摘要
以葵花籽油为原料,与甲醇充分醇解,将反应得到的葵花籽油脂肪酸甲酯与乙醇胺进行酰胺化反应,而后与磷酸化试剂进行磷酸化反应、中和,制得改性葵花籽油磷酸酯皮革加脂剂。通过单因素试验和正交试验法,确定了各步的最佳工艺参数,并利用IR手段对各反应产物进行了分析。对该加脂剂的性能进行测试,结果表明:改性葵花籽油磷酸酯皮革加脂剂具有优良的稳定性能,并能很好地降低水溶液的表面张力。
The modified phosphate ester fatliquor of sunflower oil was synthesized with sunflower oil as materail. The process was as follows: firstly, the alcoholysis was reacted between sunflower oil and methanol; secondly, the amidation reaction between sunflower oil fatty acid methyl ester and ethanolmine was obtained, then the product was reacted with phosphorylation agent by phosphorylation reaction and neutralization . The best reaction conditions were optimized by means of single factor and orthogonal design. The structures of the synthetic products were identified by IR spectrum. The properties of the products were tested. The results show that the modified phosphate ester fatliquor of sunflower oil has excellent stability; and it can reduce the surface ten- sion of the aqueous solution.
