核电厂电动阀的状态管理

摘要 本文主要介绍了核电厂电动阀状态管理的过程及方法。电动阀状态管理首先是通过设计基准计算的方法确定设定值,设计基准计算主要内容是确定电站执照基准范围内电动阀所在系统的最差运行工况,计算运行所需的力矩/推力及可用裕量。在确定设定值后,根据其设定裕量来安排定期验证试验,并对每次定期验证试验的结果进行趋势分析,可判断出阀门的状态,并及时发现缺陷,调整预防性维修策略,并根据需要选择必要的纠正行动,达到基于状态管理的目的。 This article introduces the process and method of motor operated valves'(MOV) condition based management in nuclear power plants. Fist of the management is to determine the setpoint of MOVs by design basis calculation The design basis calculation contains determination of the expected worst condition of the system within the licensing basis of the plant, the required operating thrust and torque, and available actuator capability margin. After determination of setpoint, periodic verification test was arranged to the valves . Trending the tset result will identify the degradation of the valve , thus can feedback to the preventive maintenance and chose appropriate correct action without time based overhaul. That is the condition based management.
