紧邻沉箱与码头问的方块爆破拆除控制与技术研讨

摘要 本文结合烟台打捞局航修站改造工程施工,对方块爆破给周边环境带来危害及影响进行了分析总结,最终决定采用孔内分段孔外延时的微差控制爆破方案,并在方块紧邻沉箱侧打设三排隔震孔以减缓爆破产生的震动及冲击波对沉箱壁的作用.在临坞侧布设一排气泡帷幕以减缓水中冲击波对泵房、坞门的影响,通过一系列安全、质量保证措施后,方块爆破彻底且对周边环境无影响,达到预期效果。 Combining with the Yantai Salvage Bureau voyage repair station renovation project construction, The box blasting harm and influence to the surrounding environment were analyzed and summarized, The final decision to use the hole section hole delay blasting scheme, And in the box next to a caisson side provided with three rows of holes in order to reduce the vibration and shock isolation of blasting wave action on thecaisson wall, In the dock side of a row of bubble curtain arrangement to mitigate the effects of shock wave in water of pump station, dock gate, Through a series of safety, quality assurance measures, Block blasting on the surrounding environment thoroughly andno effect, To achieve the desired effect~
