综合护理干预对初产妇焦虑情绪及产后出血情况影响分析

目的探讨分析综合护理干预在产妇焦虑情绪和产后出血中的作用。方法随机抽取从2011年02月至2014年01月期间来我院进行自然分娩的68例初产妇,将他们分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。观察组在临床常规护理基础上增加心理护理干预,对照组给予临床分娩常规护理。最后对两组初产妇情况进行分析。结果与对照组相比,观察组产妇的产程明显缩短、出血率也有所减少以及24h出血量减少,生产后产妇的心理状况较之前有明显好转。结论综合护理能够能够有效地改善初产妇的心理状况,大大提高产妇的生活质量,能够有效预防产妇产后出血和心理疾病等并发症,值得在临床护理中大力推广。

objective to investigate the analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention on the role of maternal anxiety and postpartum hemorrhage. Methods a random sample from Jan 02, 2011-2011 to our hospital during the period of natural childbirth, 68 cases of primipara, they can be divided into control group and observation group, 34 cases in each group. Observation group in the routine nursing based on clinical psychological nursing intervention, the control group given clinical routine nursing care delivery. Finally, analyses the effect of two groups of mothers. Results compared with control group, the maternal labor of observation group was obviously shortened, the bleeding rate decreased, and 24 h blood loss is reduced, production after maternal psychological condition has obvious improvement than before. Conclusion comprehensive nursing care can effectively improve the psychological condition of the primipara, greatly improving the quality of life of women, can effectively prevent maternal postpartum hemorrhage and complications such as mental illness, worth promoting in clinical nursing.
