分化型甲状腺癌中央区清扫术后乳糜漏病例分析 被引量：11

摘要 乳糜漏是甲状腺癌颈清扫术后的并发症之一,绝大部分文献报道的乳糜漏发生在侧颈清扫术后,仅行中央区清扫未行侧颈清扫发生的乳糜漏报道较少.本文回顾我院治疗分化型甲状腺癌行中央区清扫后出现4例乳糜漏的临床资料,分析可能发生原因及治疗措施.
