Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs induced acute kidney injury

非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs)相关性急性肾损伤(AKI)临床表现多样,诊治困难,易被漏诊或误诊。随着NSAIDs相关性AKI的发病率逐年升高,临床医师需要重新了解NSAIDs相关性AKI的发生发展机制,从而更深刻地认识其临床诊治特点。本文总结近年来有关NSAIDs相关性AKI的资料,探讨其流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、诊治、预后及预防。

Due to the various clinical manifestations, it is not easy to confirm the diagnosis of non-steroidal anti- inflammatory drugs（NSAIDs） induced acute kidney injury＇（AKI）, which might lead to the delay of treatment or even misdiagnosis. To be noted, the incidence of NSAIDs induced AKI gradually increased with the widespread use of NSAIDs, highlighting the importance of better understandings for this disease. Physicians, nephrologists in particularly, should further strengthen their alerts of NSAIDs induced AKI in clinics, especially for those susceptible populations. In this review, we are going to summarize the recent findings on NSAIDs-indueed AKI, including epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and interventions.
