四维子宫输卵管超声造影的临床应用价值 被引量:17

摘要 子宫输卵管超声造影(hysterosalpingo contrast sonography,HyCoSy)是指在超声引导下将造影剂通过宫颈进入宫腔,直接注射入输卵管,通过超声探头观察造影剂的流动路径从而评价宫腔的形态和输卵管的通畅性.从上世纪80年代首次用超声评价输卵管的通畅性开始,子宫输卵管造影经历了二维平面、三维立体、到现今的四维动态立体模式,技术不断飞跃.四维子宫输卵管超声造影(4D-HyCoSy)可以完整地记录造影全过程,直观地显示子宫及双侧输卵管的立体铸型,更加准确、客观地评价宫腔形态及输卵管的通畅性.本文围绕4D-HyCoSy的研究发展背景、与其他影像学检查相比的优越性及不足、操作技术要点等方面,阐述4D-HyCoSy的临床应用价值.
