摘要 目的探讨细丝蛋白A(FLNA)和细胞周期素D1在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中表达。方法免疫组织化学方法检测68例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织标本和30例非癌乳腺组织标本中FLNA和细胞周期素D1的表达,分析两者表达相关性及其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 68例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中,FLNA和细胞周期素D1的阳性表达率分别为50.0%和48.5%。FLNA和细胞周期素D1在非癌乳腺组织中呈阴性或弱表达。FLNA和细胞周期素D1表达均与肿瘤淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关(P<0.01和P<0.05)。FLNA和细胞周期素D1蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.324,P<0.01)。结论 FLNA可能通过上调细胞周期素D1表达而影响乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生和发展。 Objective To explore the expressions of filamin A(FLNA)and cyclin D1 in breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma.Methods The expressions of FLNA and cyclin D1 in 68 samples of breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma(group A)and 30 samples of breast non-carcinoma tissues(group C)were detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation of FLNA and cyclin D1 expressions and the relationship of FLNA and cyclin D1 expressions with clinical pathological features in group A were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of FLNA and cyclin D1 in group A were 50.0% and 48.5%,respectively,which were closely related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P〈0.01 and P〈0.05).The expressions of FLNA and cyclin D1 in group C were negative or weak positive.The expression of FLNA was positively correlated with that of cyclin D1 in group A(r=0.324,P〈0.01).Conclusion FLNA may play an important role in the development and progression of breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma by upregulating cyclin D1 expression.
