摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清尿酸与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的相关性。方法 411例T2DM患者分为两组:A组330例,HbA1c>7%;B组81例,HbA1c≤7%。测定两组空腹血糖、血肌酐和血尿酸水平,分析HbA1c与血清尿酸的相关性。结果 A组中男性血尿酸水平与HbA1c呈负相关(r=-0.25,P<0.05),B组中男性血尿酸水平与HbA1c呈正相关(r=0.38,P<0.05)。女性T2DM患者血尿酸水平与HbA1c无明显相关性。结论男性T2DM患者,HbA1c>7%时,血尿酸水平随HbA1c增加有下降的趋势。
Objective To study the correlation between serum uric acid(UA)and glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 411 T2DM cases was assigned into two groups of A(HbA1c〉7%,330cases)and B(HbA1c≤7%,81cases).Fasting blood glucose(FBG),HbA1c,serum creatinine and uric acid were measured.The correlation between(UA)and HbA1c was analyzed.Results Serum level of UA was negatively correlated to that of HbA1c in male T2DM patients in group A(r=-0.25,P〈0.05),which was positively correlated to that of HbA1c in those in group B(r=0.38,P〈0.05).There was no significant correlation between serum UA and HbA1c in female T2DM patients.Conclusion Serum UA has a trend of decrease as HbA1c increases in male T2DM patients with HbA1c7%.
