生理盐水冲洗对MDCT腹主动脉和肾动脉增强效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价不同生理盐水冲洗流率对MDCT腹主动脉和肾动脉增强效果的影响。方法:63例行肾动脉MDCT增强扫描的患者随机分为A、B、C组。A、B、C组均以4mL/s注射60mL碘海醇(350mg I/mL)后,分别以3.0、5.0及7.0mL/s的流率注射50mL生理盐水。测量各组双侧肾动脉的远段、近段和腹主动脉的CT值。不同生理盐水冲洗流率组间腹主动脉及双侧肾动脉强化程度的差异采用单因素方差分析。结果:不同生理盐水冲洗流率组间右肾动脉远段、右肾动脉近段、腹主动脉、左肾动脉近段及左肾动脉远段的平均CT值差异有统计学意义(F=21.1,P<0.01;F=24.6,P<0.01;F=26.6,P<0.01;F=20.2,P<0.01;F=16.2,P<0.01)。A组各部位CT值与B组及C组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。C组各部位CT值与B组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肾动脉MDCT增强扫描注射60mL对比剂后行50mL生理盐水冲洗时,采用5mL/s的冲洗流率,可以实现肾动脉的最大CT增强值。 Objective:To evaluate the enhancement effect of abdominal aorta and renal artery in MDCT angiography(CTA)with different normal saline(NS)flushing rate.Methods:63patients with renal artery CTA were randomly divided into Group A,B,C.CTA was performed after 4mL/s injection of 60 mL iohexol(350mg I/mL),then 50 mL NS was injected with the flushing rate as 3.0mL/s,5.0mL/s and 7.0mL/s in Group A,B,C respectively.The CT values of distal and proximal segment of bilateral renal arteries and abdominal aorta were measured.The enhancement degree of abdominal aorta and bilateral renal artery between different NS flushing rate were compared with single factor analysis.Results:The CT values of proximal and distal right renal artery,abdominal aorta,proximal and distal left renal artery in the three NS flushing rate groups had significant statistic differences(F=21.1,P〈0.01;F=24.6,P〈0.01;F=26.6,P〈0.01;F=20.2,P〈0.01;F=16.2,P〈0.01respectively).The CT values of different segments in Group A showed significant difference when compared with that of Group B and C(P〈0.01),while there was no statistical difference between Group B and Group C(P〉0.05).Conclusion:5mL/s flushing rate with 50 mL NS could achieve the maximum CT enhancement value of renal artery after injection of 60 mL contrast agent in CTA.
