细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原-4与慢性病毒感染的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 慢性病毒感染是一种病毒在细胞内复制但不会导致宿主死亡,亦不被免疫系统清除的稳态过程,是病毒与宿主长期共存的一种策略.能建立慢性病毒感染的包括HIV、HBV和HCV等,这些病毒在全球范围均有感染,且难于治愈[1].病毒感染由急性转化为慢性的原因：一方面是病毒基因组发生变异从而达到免疫逃逸;另一方面则是随着慢性化进程,病毒特异性T淋巴细胞功能逐步缺失,表现为免疫应答低下,不能有效清除病毒,甚至无法分化为记忆性T淋巴细胞[2].
