嗜酸粒细胞增多性环状红斑

A case of eosinophilic annular erythema

报告1例嗜酸粒细胞增多性环状红斑。患者女,58岁。躯干和上肢反复出现红色环状皮损3年。已排除药物、虫咬、自身免疫及肿瘤等原因。皮肤科检查:躯干散在环形红斑,边缘隆起,中央呈褐色斑片。外周血中未见嗜酸性粒细胞升高。皮损组织病理检查示真皮全层血管周围及脂肪小叶明显嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。诊断:嗜酸粒细胞增多性环状红斑。

A case of eosinophilic annular erythema is reported. A 58-year-old female presented with recurrent red annular skin lesions on the trunk and upper extremities for 3 years. History of drug intake, insect bite, autoimmune diseases and neoplasm were excluded. Physical examination showed annular erythema scattered over the trunk with raised margin and brown center. Peripheral blood eosinophils were within the normal range. Histopathological examination revealed infiltration of eosinophils around dermal vessels and subcutaneous fat lobules. A diagnosis of eosinophilic annular erythema was made.
