微重力对细菌生物学效应影响的研究进展

Research Progress of Microgravity Influences on Biological Effects in Bacteria

摘要 微重力是太空环境的重要特征之一。空间环境和地面模拟微重力均对细菌的生长、代谢、抵抗力、毒力和抗生素耐药性等造成不同程度的影响。本文就微重力对细菌上述生物学效应变化的研究和有关机制进行综述,以期为航天活动下感染性疾病的预防和治疗提供新的策略。 Microgravity is one of the important characteristics of space environment. Space environment and simulated microgravity cause different degrees of influence on growth,metabolism,stress responses,virulence and antibiotic resistance of bacteria. This paper reviewed on microgravity induced alterations of biological effects and its relative mechanism to provide a new strategy on the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases under space activities.
