民航飞行员心理疲劳研究现状与未来研究方向

Current Status and Future Direction of Mental Fatigue Research in Civil Aviation Pilots

通过国内外文献分析,概述心理疲劳理论研究现状,讨论了目前国内外民航飞行员心理疲劳研究现状、存在的主要问题。针对目前心理疲劳理论及测评方法在民航飞行员应用中的局限性,提出了系统开展本土化民航飞行员心理疲劳研究的主要方向。

Through literatures analysis,this paper reviewed the study status on the psychological fatigue theory,discussed the civil aviation pilots mental fatigue research status and the main problems at home and abroad. According to the limitation that psychological fatigue theory and assessment method applied in civil aviation pilots at present,the main direction of systematic research on civil aviation pilot mental fatigue at home in the future was suggested.
