摘要
企业在利用三维软件CATIA设计轮胎花纹的过程中,需进行大量重复繁琐的操作,为提高效率,创建了一套基于语义的轮胎3D花纹设计系统。该系统以CATIA/CAA为二次开发平台,通过研究轮胎花纹的形状与功能,对轮胎花纹语义进行分类,划分为不同的模块并提出相应的构造方法,然后将轮胎花纹的设计步骤通过程序组合,利用程序的自动识别来减少用户与CATIA平台的交互次数,开发出轮胎花纹造型专用工具,嵌入CATIA中,实现了轮胎花纹设计的快速与高效。
In the process of using 3D software CATIA for tire tread designs, a large number tedious operations are repeated over and over again. In order to improve the efficiency, this paper created a set of 3D tire tread design system based on semantics and the secondary development on CATIA/ CAA platform. The semantics was classified by the shape and function of the tire tread patterns and divided into different modules. The corresponding design methods were proposed. And then the design steps of tire tread were assembled by using automatic recognition algorithm in order to reduce the number of interactions between users and CATIA platform. The developed modeling tool was embedded in CATIA plattbrm to realize the fast and efficient design of tire tread.
