复合材料中空心颗粒的团聚效应

摘要 采用有限元分析方法对空心颗粒增强金属基复合材料进行研究,分析空心颗粒团聚对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,空心颗粒的加入,可以改善金属基复合材料的力学性能。当空心颗粒体积分数较小时,其团聚程度对复合材料的弹性模量影响不大。随着团聚颗粒体积分数的提高,复合材料的屈服强度先增大后降低。 The effect of hollow particles agglomeration on properties of metal matrix composites was studied by finite element analysis. The results show that the mechanical properties of the composite is improved by adding the hollow particles. There are no obvious effect on the elastic modulus of the composite when the volume fraction of hollow particles is small. The yield strength of the composites increased first and then reduced with the increase of the hollow particle volume fraction.
