摘要
研究了结合剂含量对PcBN烧结片硬度与摩擦系数的影响。结果表明,在合成PcBN时,金属结合剂Al起到了至关重要的作用。显微硬度在Al、Ti C和Co各占10%时达到最大;Al、Co含量为10%时摩擦系数最小,而TiC含量为20%时摩擦系数最小。在综合考虑硬度和耐磨性的情况下,优先选择10%Al、10%Ti C和10%Co作为结合剂。
The effect of binder content on the the hardness and friction coefficient of PcBN was investigated. The results show that the metal binder A1 plays a critical role on the synthesis of PcBN. The microhardness is maximal when the content of A1, TiC and Co is all 10%. The friction coefficient is minimal when both Al and Co content are 10%, but the TiC content is 20%. In overall consideration of the hardness and wear resistance, the binder with the A1, TiC and Co contents all of 10% is preferred.
