摘要
介绍了含Si耐热镁合金中Si的添加方式和Mg2Si相的形貌。综述了合金元素Sb、Ca、P和RE变质Mg2Si相的研究进展和变形处理(往复挤压、等通道转角挤压)对Mg2Si相的细化及破碎机制。最后指出含Si耐热镁合金目前存在的问题和今后发展的方向。
The adding mode of Si into heat-resistant magnesium alloy and the morphology of Mg2Si phase are introduced. And the research progress of alloying elements Sb, Ca, P and RE modification on Mg2Si phase, and the refining and breaking mechanism of Mg2Si phase after deformation such as reciprocating extrusion and equal channel angular processing are summarized. Finally, the existing problems and development direction about the Si-eontained heat-resistant magnesium alloy are pointed out.
