摘要
研究了不同加热和保温温度对高钒铸铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明,不同热处理温度会对高钒铸铁硬度有显著影响,随着热处理温度的升高,由于碳和合金元素的析出与溶入共同作用,在900℃淬火处理后,试样硬度达到最高值,且随着淬火温度的继续升高,试样的硬度逐渐下降。
The effects of heat treatment temperature on microstructure and properties of high vanadium cast iron were studied. The results show that heat treatment temperature have a notably effect on the hardness of high vanadium cast iron. The hardness of high vanadium cast iron increase first and then decrease with the increase of heat treatment temperature due to the precipitation and dissolution of carbon and alloying element. High vanadium cast iron can get the optimal hardness when the quenching temperature is 900 ℃.
