摘要
以30MnCr22钢管为研究对象,研究淬火与回火温度对钢管力学性能与显微组织的影响。结果表明,30MnCr22钢管的最佳热处理工艺为880℃淬火和540℃回火,所得微观组织为回火索氏体。
The effects of heat treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of 30 MnCr22 steel tubes were studied. The results show that the optimum heat treatment process are quenching at 880℃ and tempering at 540 ℃. The microstructure of 30MnCr22 steel tube is tempering sorhite, which has better comprehensive properties.
