摘要
介绍氢化锆粉制备工艺,由于氢化法生产工艺本身没有除杂能力,因此氢化法制得的氢化锆粉,其杂质主要取决于原料。锆屑在600℃以上与氢反应,氢化锆经球料比2∶1干磨可得到超细氢化锆粉。
The preparation technology of hydride zirconium powder was introduce. The hydride process has not the ability of removing impurity, so the impurity of hydride zirconium powder depends on the raw material. The reaction of zirconium dust with hydrogen is at more than 600℃, the superfine zirconium hydride powder can be obtained by dry grinding with the ratio of grinding balls : zirconium hydride power=-2:1.
