摘要
基于嵌入式操作系统控制的16Mn钢的焊接体系,研究了焊接电流、焊接速度和焊丝距离等工艺参数对焊接接头母材区、焊缝区和热影响区硬度和组织的影响。结果表明,当前丝焊接电流为700 A,后丝焊接电流为550 A,焊接速度为0.005 m/s,焊丝间距在80 mm时,可以获得较好的焊接效果。
The effect of welding current, welding speed, wire distance and other parameters on the hardness and microstructure of base metal, welding line and hot affect zone of welding joint of 16Mn steel were studied based on embedded operating system welding controlling. The results show that the best welding property can be obtained when welding current of the front wire is 700 A, welding current of the rear wire is 550 A, the welding speed is 0.005 m/s, and wire spacing is 80 mm.
