摘要
重力铸造活塞模具的寿命与材质的冶金质量、机加工工艺、热处理工艺和工作环境、模具使用中的维护保养等因素关系密切。基于对模具材料的选择、模具的加工、热处理、铸造工艺、冷却、使用维护等多方面综合考虑,分析了模具寿命的影响因素,提出了应用于实际生产的改进措施。
The lifetime of piston mould in gravity casting has a close relationship with the following factors: the metallurgical quality of mould material, mechanical machining process, hot machining process ( including heat treatment, process design of mould structure and mould fitting precision), mould working environment and mould maintenance. This article puts forward many measures applied in actual production to improve the lifetime based on the consideration of the facors affecting mould lifetime such as choosing mould material, mould machining, heat treatment, casting process, cooling and maintenance.
