咸阳市花卉旅游发展SWOT分析及对策研究

SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures Discussion on Flower Tourism in Xianyang City

基于对咸阳市花卉旅游业的实地调研,对其起步较晚但发展迅速的现状进行分析,指出其在自然环境、交通区位、文化资源、产业资源、政策环境方面的优势和在开发深度、产业支撑、内涵挖掘、对外宣传力度方面的不足,再结合城市绿化、生态改造、民生需要给其带来的发展机遇和其在产业、科技、资金、管理方面遇到的挑战,提出咸阳花卉旅游业应该搭建融资平台、发挥物种优势、整合历史人文资源、多元展现花卉文化内涵,开发特色旅游产品和丰富多彩的花卉旅游活动等发展建议。

Flower Tourism in Xianyang city starts late, but develops rapidly.There are advantages on natural environment, traffic location, cultural resources, industry resources and policy environment to develop Flower Tourism. However, on the depth of development, industry support, connotation of mining and the propaganda deficiencies and shortcomings. In recent years city greening, ecological reconstruction and the people＇s livelihood brought opportunities to it, but it also faces challenges on industry, technology, capital and management. Through the field investigation of flower tourism in Xianyang city, the article plans to carry on the SWOT analysis to its development,and then offer countermeasure and proposal, such as build investment platform,display ecologic resources superiority, relocate human resources, Multiple show flower culture connotation and develop special tourism products and colorful flower tourism activities.
