西安大遗址保护与丝路城市发展研究

Taking Advantage of Great Site Protection to Accelerate the Development of Xi'an City

西安作为中国历史遗存最多的古城之一,拥有大量有价值的遗址遗迹。为了建设"具有历史文化特色的国际化大都市"西安,科学保护和利用大遗址就显得意义重大。为了推动西安城市发展,根据近些年国内外大遗址保护的相关条例、经验和教训,利用横纵双向维度,采用理论支撑和调查研究相结合的方法,提出科学合理地保护利用大遗址、将城市的历史文化资源纳入现代西安城市的发展中、实现古今中外文化的交融发展的发展原则。为西安建设具有历史文化特色的国际化大都市的路径提供理论参考。

As one of the ancient cities with the most historical preservations, Xi＇an boasts a variety of historic sites and relics. In order to reveal and develop an international Xi＇an with historic and cultural characters, it would show great significance to protect and utilize the great ruins scientifically and reasonably. Based on the related regulations, experiences and lessons of foreign and domestic counterparts, the employment of the transverse and longitudinal dimensions, the adoption of the method of combing theoretical foundation and survey research together, it can be concluded the right way to build an international Xi＇an with historic and cultural characters is to protect, use the great ruins scientifically and reasonably; to bring historic culture resources into modern urban development; to realize blending development with ancient and modern culture at home and abroad.
