摘要
目的：探讨水中分娩的临床效果。方法：本文抽取2014年1～6月在我院经阴道分娩的第一胎单胎头位顺产产妇300例，采用水中分娩的方式作为观察组，另抽取采用传统方式分娩的产妇300例作为对照组，进行回顾性分析，分别对会阴侧切率和新生儿Apgar评分进行比较。结果：两组会阴侧切率比较有显著差异（P＜0.05），在新生儿Apgar评分比较无差异（P＞0.05）。结论：水中分娩能降低初产妇会阴侧切率，对新生儿无不良影响。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of water delivery. Method： In this paper the method of extraction from January to June in 2014 in our hospital were first vaginal delivery of single fetal head position of 300 pregnant women with the water, the mode of delivery in the observation group, the other extraction by traditional birth mothers in 300 cases as control group, were retrospectively analyzed, respectively on the perineum side cutting rate and neonatal Apgar score comparison. Result： The results of two groups of lateral episiotomy rate were significantly different （P 0.05）. Conclusion：Water delivery can reduce the primipara episiotomy rate, no adverse effects on newborns.
