昆山市医疗机构污水处理现况调查分析

Survey and analysis of kunshan medical institutions' sewage handling situation

目的为了解昆山市医疗机构污水处理现况及存在的问题。方法采用现场调查、查阅资料及检验方法,对昆山市30家医院污水处理情况进行监测和调查。结果昆山市2012年至2014年医疗机构污水检测总合格率为91.11%,污水处理设施的运转率为83.33%,采用二氧化氯消毒设备处理污水的医院占72.00%,进行污泥处理的医院占52.00%。结论昆山市医疗机构污水处理及排放情况基本良好,但仍存在污泥处理未予重视、民营医疗机构管理不足等问题,需要加强监督管理。

Objective to get a learning of Kunshan medical institution＇s sewage handling situation and its problems. Methods methods such as on site investigation, material check and inspection are adopted to monitor and survey sewage handling situation from Kunshan＇s 30 medical institutions. Results from 2012-2014, percentage of medical institutions which passed sewage inspection is 91.11%, operating rate of sewage handling equipment is 83.33% and percentage of hospitals which use chlorine dioxide disinfection equipment to deal with sewage is 72.00% and percentage of hospitals which carry out mud handling is 52.00%. Conclusions sewage discharge and handling situation of Kunshan＇s medical institutions is basically acceptable. However, problems such as neglect of mud handling and insufficient management of private medical institutions still exist and Supervision and related management shall be strengthened.
