Theoretical Innovation and Practical Exploration of Block Data

本文从理论层面阐述了块数据产生的历史背景,创造性地提出了块数据的基本定义,重点剖析块数据区别于条数据所具有的高度关联性、立体性、强活性、主体性、开放性等特征,并分析了块数据在顶层设计、数据标准化、数据安全等方面所面临的挑战。从实践层面归纳了块数据在贵阳市的探索,对块数据引发的创新创业热潮、民生服务升级、政府自我变革等进行了初步展望。

This article expounds the historical background of block data from the theory perspective, and creatively proposes the basic definition of block data. It focuses on the analysis of different high connectivity, three dimension attribute, strong activity, entity fea- tures and openness compared with strip data, and it also analyzes challenges confronted with block data in top-down design, data stand- ardization, and data security aspects. At last, it summarizes the exploration of block data in Guiyang city on the practice level, and preliminarily envisions innovation and entrepreneurship tide, upgrading of livelihood services, and government self-reform triggered by block data.
