摘要 本文在介绍国内外农业数据库建设与发展的基础上,阐述了现代农业基准数据的概念与内涵,基于中国国情提出了具体建设目标与建设原则,并从标准体系研建、关键设备研发、基础设施建设、数据库建设、应用系统研发五个方面介绍了现代农业基准数据工程建设的主要内容,拟定了包括顶层设计、技术研发、试点示范和推广应用四个阶段的实施方案。 Based on introducing the construction and development of agricultural database at home and abroad, this paper expounds the concept and connotation of modern agricultural benchmark data, and advances the concrete construction goal with construction principle according to the situation of China. It also presents the main content of modem agricultural benchmark data engineering, and draws up an implementation plan including top-level design, technology research, pilot demonstration, extension, and application from the fol- lowing five aspects: standard system research, key equipment research, infrastructure development, database development and appli- cation system development.
