摘要
本文提出了印染产业转型升级面临三个层面的制约和推动,从多个角度论证了产业集聚化是印染产业转型升级创新发展的必由之路。对印染产业集聚发展的准入原则和准入标准,印染产业转型升级中工艺优化、装备提升及产品升级的要求,印染产业集聚发展的规划引导和政策支持有关问题进行了探讨,努力探索一条适应行业特色的转型升级之路。
