介绍了电控螺栓拧紧机的主要构成、性能与参数、功能特性及基本操作原理,以及电控螺栓拧紧机在机车法兰组件安装上的应用情况,并与用扭矩扳手(搭配Z-400A国产增扭器)进行法兰组件螺栓拧紧的方式做了对比分析,突出了电控螺栓拧紧机在机车螺栓拧紧方面的先进性。
This paper introduces the electronically controlled bolt tightening machine＇s main components, performance, parame-ters, features and the basic principles of operation, as well as the application on the locomotive flange components. In addition, compare with the torque wrench （with a Z-400A increase torque converter）, the electronically controlled bolt tightening bolt tightening machine reflects the outstanding performance.
