Development and application of rotary vane vacuum pump virtual teaching resources based on Solidworks

运用Solidworks软件,对双级旋片式真空泵各零部件进行三维建模,然后采用自下而上的装配方式,创建真空泵装配体,同时利用装配体爆炸和解除爆炸的方法对拆装过程进行动态模拟,并生成虚拟过程动画,用于维修类专业的教学过程,不仅提升了教学效果,同时也节约了教学成本。

Using Solidworks software, we build all the 3D models of the parts of two stage rotary vane vacuum pump. At the same time, we simulate the disassembly and assembly processes of the pump with a bottom-up assembly method, which using assem-bly explosion and remove , and generate the animation. All these are used in teaching process of mechanic repair professional, not only improved the teaching effect, but also saves the cost of teaching.
