NaCl对中亚滨藜茎的影响

摘要 为进一步探究中亚滨藜耐盐机制,利用光学显微镜观察了不同浓度NaCl处理下中亚滨藜茎的解剖结构。结果表明:随NaCl浓度的增加,茎的横向生长受到抑制,维管柱在茎中所占的比重增加,导管的数目增多,导管口径减小,维管束的数目增多,皮层厚度所占茎的比重也稍有增加;茎的皮层、髓都有结晶细胞分布。NaCl胁迫下中亚滨藜适应性的结构对诠释耐盐机制具有重要的意义。 To further explore the salt tolerance mechanism of Atriplex centralasiatica Iljin.,the anatomical structures of its stems with different NaCl concentrations were studied by LM.The results showed that with the increasing of NaCl concentrations,the stem area of Atriplex centralasiaticaIljin decreased,so was the vessel diameter of xylem in it.The ratio between cortex thickness and stem was increasing with the increasing of NaCl concentrations,so was the ratio between vascular cylinder and stem and the number of the vessel and vascular bundles.There were more crystal in the cortex and pith.These suited structures of Atriplexcentralasiat icaIljin.played a very crucial role in understanding salt tolerance mechanism.
