无桥Dual-Sepic PFC变换器分析与设计 被引量:6

摘要 研究了一种新型无桥Dual-Sepic功率因数校正(Power Factor Correction,PFC)变换器,该变换器具有升降压功能,且完全消除了传统桥式PFC变换器中的二极管整流桥,减少了电流流通路径中功率器件的数量,提高了变换器的效率。工作于不连续导电模式(Discontinuous Conduction Mode,DCM)的无桥Dual-Sepic PFC变换器具有二极管零电流关断特性,减小了二极管反向恢复损耗和开关损耗,进一步提高了变换器的效率。此外,无桥Dual-Sepic PFC变换器输入电流连续,减小了电磁干扰。对DCM模式无桥Dual-Sepic PFC变换器进行了详细的分析和电路参数设计,仿真和实验结果证实了参数设计的正确性和方案的可行性。 A novel bridgeless dual-sepic power factor correction converter was analyzed.The converter features with output voltage step-up/down.The diode rectifier which existed in conventional PFC converter was eliminated,reducing the conduction loss and improving efficiency.When the converter operates in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM),zero current turn-off of the diode can be achieved to reduce the diode reverse recovery loss and improve the efficiency.Furthermore,the input current of the dual-sepic converter is continuous,which reduces the electromagnetic interference (EMI).Detail analysis and design procedure of the converter operated DCM was presented.Simulation and experimental results are provided to verify the theoretical analyses and feasibility of converter.
