摘要
目的了解深圳市儿童青少年视力与身高、体重、体质量指数(BMI)的相关性,为探寻视力不良的危险因素及防治措施提供参考。方法整群抽取深圳市小学和初中各12所的所有35 561名学生为研究对象,对学生视力、身高和体重数据进行分析。结果深圳市小学生和初中生总的视力不良率达59.01%,超重和肥胖率分别为13.42%和9.83%。小学生视力不良者中的超重和肥胖率高于视力正常者,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.138,P=0.001);小学生视力状况和BMI分类之间存在线性关系(χ2=9.008,P=0.003)。相关性分析显示,学生视力与身高、体重、BMI均呈负相关(P值均<0.01),身高较高、体重较重、BMI值较大者视力较差。结论深圳市儿童青少年视力与身高、体重、BMI存在一定的相关性,应多关注超重肥胖儿童青少年的视力状况。
Objective To understand the correlation between eyesight and height,weight and body mass index( BMI) among children and adolescents in Shenzhen and to provide more reference for exploring risk factors of poor eyesight and developing prevention methods. Methods Twelve junior high schools and 12 primary schools were selected by cluster sampling method. All students in the selected schools were included in the research.Information of students’ eyesight,height and weight was analyzed.Results The prevalence of poor eyesight among students in Shenzhen reached 59.01%,and the prevalence of overweight and obesity was 13.42% and 9.83%,respectively.Primary school students with poor eyesight had a higher prevalence of overweight and obesity than pupils with normal eyesight,and the difference was statistically significant( χ2= 11.138,P = 0.001).There was a linear relationship between eyesight and BMI classification among primary school students( χ2= 9.008,P = 0.003). Correlation analysis indicated that students’ eyesight was negatively correlated with height,weight and BMI( P〈0.01).Students with higher height,heavier weight or larger BMI had worse eyesight. Conclusion There was a relationship between eyesight and height,weight and BMI among children and adolescents in Shenzhen.More attention should be paid to eyesight status of children and adolescents with overweight or obesity.
