大功率风电增速器箱体疲劳寿命分析 被引量:7

摘要 建立某大功率风电增速器箱体的三维模型,计算单位静载荷作用下箱体的应力应变;依据德国劳埃德船级社规范(GL2010),给出风电齿轮箱箱体部件的S-N曲线的拟合方法;应用雨流循环计数法计算箱体疲劳载荷谱。应用Miner线性积累疲劳损伤理论和雨流循环计数法,对风电齿轮箱箱体进行疲劳寿命分析,得到了风电增速器箱体的疲劳寿命。通过对箱体疲劳寿命结果的分析,对箱体结构进行优化,为大功率风电增速器箱体的疲劳寿命分析提供设计思路,为风电齿轮箱箱体的设计提供了参考。 3D finite element model of gearbox housing of wind turbine speed-increase gearbox is built to calculate stress- strain of gearbox housing under unit static load. S-N curves of gearbox housing materials are calculated based on Germanischer Lloyd specifications(GL2010) ;The fatigue load spectrum is calculated by the rain flow circulation count method. The fatigue damage of gearbox housing is calculated based on the rain flow circulation count method and Miner linear cumulative damage law. The structure is optimized based on the fatigue analysis. This thesis can provide a method for determining the life of gearbox housing and gearbox designing.
