摘要
基于容器径比范围为1.33~4.71与容器材料屈强比范围为0.402 7~0.885 2的30组试验数据,对计算超高压圆筒形容器爆破压力的有关公式进行了分析比较,得到如下结论:(1)超高压圆筒形容器爆破压力实测值与福贝尔(Faupel)公式计算值之比的准确度为1.025 0,变异系数为0.091 43;(2)与有关公式相比,福贝尔公式具有准确度高、变异系数小和适用性广的特点。(3)采用组合与置换的方法适当改进具有普适性的传统经典公式,可提高特定容器的设计精度。
Based on 30 group test data, which ratio range of vessel outer to inner radius for 1.33 - 4. 71, and ratio range of vessel material yield to tensile strength for 0. 402 7 - 0. 885 2, some calculation formulas of super-high pressure cylinder vessel blasting pressure were analyzed and comparison. The results shows that: ( 1 ) For super-high pressure cylinder vessel bursting pressure, the ratio accuracy of measured to Faupel formula calculation value is equal to 1. 025 0, and the coefficient of variation is equal to 0. 091 43. (2) Compared with relate to calculation formulas, Faupel formula is possess characteristic of high accuracy and small coefficient of variation, and adaptability is wide. ( 3 ) The suitable improvements of general application tradition classical formulas were used the combination and substitution method, the design precision should be enhancement for the specially vessels.
