宝鸡市33例职业性布鲁氏菌病发病情况和临床治疗分析 被引量:5

Analysis on incidence condition and clinical treatment on 33 cases of occupational brucellosis in Baoji city

摘要 目的了解职业性布鲁氏菌病发病及临床治疗情况。方法对宝鸡市2012年12月至2013年12月诊断的33例职业性布鲁氏菌病患者临床资料进行分析。结果宝鸡市职业性布鲁氏菌病发病人群以挤奶工和牛接生员多见,分别占51.5%(17/33)和21.2%(7/33);夏季多发,占75.8%(25/33);发病工龄中位数为1年9个月(8个月~4年),发病年龄以青壮年为主(占93.9%,31/33);临床表现呈多样性和复杂性,以关节疼痛、疲乏无力、多汗及低热等表现为主。结论职业性布鲁氏菌病的发生与职业因素密切相关,应加强监测、宣传及防治力度。 Objective To study the incidence condition and clinical treatment of occupational brucellosis. Methods Clinical data of patients diagnosed as occupational brucellosis from December 2012 to December 2013 in Baoji city were analyzed. Results The cases of occupational brucellosis were mainly distributed in milking workers and calf midwifery staff in Baoji city,which accounted for 51. 5%( 17 /33) and 21. 2%( 7 /33) respectively. It frequently occurred during the summer,which accounted for 75. 8%( 25 /33); the median of exposure length was 1 year and 9 months( from 8months to 4 years),the patients were mainly young adults( accounting for 93. 9%,31 /33); the clinical manifestations were diversiform and complex,and they mainly were joint pain, fatigue, hyperidrosis and low fever, and so on.Conclusion Occurrence of occupational brucellosis are closely related to occupational factors,so the measures of monitoring,publicity and prevention and control must be strengthened.
