家庭医生式服务运行机制现状及对策研究

The Family Doctor Service Operation Mechanism Research

目的:探讨建立和完善家庭医生式服务运行机制的对策。方法:借鉴已有的国内外研究和文献,从我国家庭医生式服务发展着手,深入卫生局、乡镇街道、村居和社区卫生服务中心进行调研,调查某区家庭医生式服务运行机制的现状。结果:社区卫生服务中心家庭医生式服务存在着社区居民参与度低,属地政府责任不强,激励机制不健全和信息平台滞后等问题需进一步加强和完善。结论:在国家和计生委层面,可通过建立社会动员与参与机制、属地政府责任机制、激励评价机制和高效信息平台机制提高家庭医生式服务的质量,真正走出一条适合中国国情的家庭医生式服务。

Objective To explore the measures to establish and perfect the operation mechanism of family doctors service. Methods From the domestic and foreign research and the literature available, proceed from the development of service our family doctor,in-depth Health Bureau, town, village and Community Health Service Center for research, investigation mechanism of a family doctor service. Results The community health service center of family doctor service exists low participation of community residents, local government responsibility is not strong, incentive mechanism is not perfect and the information platform to further strengthen and improve the lag. Conclusions In the country and the family planning commission level, through the establishment of social mobilization and participation mechanism, local government responsibility mechanism, incentive evaluation mechanism and efficient information platform mechanism to improve the quality of the family doctor service,truly out of a suitable for China conditions of the family doctor service.
