脑卒中患者与陪护者生活满意度互为影响研究综述

A Review of Life Satisfaction Mutual Impact between Stroke Patients and Their Caregivers

近年来脑卒中的发病率呈上升趋势,它不仅影响到患者个人还影响到其陪护者。由于脑卒中患者的生活满意度对陪护者生活满意度产生影响,后者的生活满意度也影响着前者生活满意度,加上国内外学者对陪护者生活满意度的研究较少的现状,因此研究脑卒中患者和陪护者生活满意度互为影响的理论具有十分重要的意义。文章通过文献回顾,对国内外脑卒中患者和陪护者生活满意度互为影响的理论进行梳理,总结指出研究成果上的不足,并进行未来研究展望。

In recent years, with the rising of incidence of stroke, it not only affects the patients himself but also affects his caregivers. For that patients with stroke have an impact on their caregivers＇ life satisfaction, and life satisfaction of the latter also affect that of the former, what＇s more, few domestic and foreign scholars have studied on stroke patient＇s caregivers＇ life satisfaction, so it is very important to review the theory of life satisfaction mutual impact between stroke patients and their caregivers. This paper attempts to start from the basic concept of life satisfaction of the stroke patients and their caregivers through literature review, conducts a systematic review of the research progress on the theory of life satisfaction mutual impact between stroke patients and their caregivers at home and abroad ,finding the deficiencies in the current theory, giving some suggestion about how to put forward and prospect the research.
